We’re excited to expand our Commercial department with a new Commercial Operations Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing sales processes and driving collaboration across teams.

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you’ll serve as the backbone of our sales operations—streamlining workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and empowering teams with tools and insights to achieve success.‍

Key responsibilities:

Sales Support & CRM Management

• Support the Sales and KAM teams by managing pipelines, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and optimize CRM tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Design custom dashboards and generate reports tailored to stakeholder needs.

Process Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze sales workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop scalable, documented processes that align with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare sales performance reports and Net Revenue projections with actionable insights.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the link between Finance, Risk, Sales, Marketing, Product, Integrations, and Operations teams.
• Support KAMs in onboarding new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
• Partner with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Industry Knowledge & Training

• Stay informed about trends and regulations in high-risk industries and fintech.
• Create and maintain documentation for tools and workflows.
• Deliver training sessions to equip team members with the knowledge they need to succeed.

Requirements

• Experience in Commercial Operations or a similar role, preferably in high-risk industries, acquiring, or fintech.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, G Suite/Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, with attention to detail and the ability to take clear, concise notes for documentation and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management in fintech or high-risk industries is a plus.
