We are seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to join our dynamic team, aimed at providing robust financial support to our business operations. Your responsibilities will include managerial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and the development of forecasting models. Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the preparation of financial reports.
- Engage in the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making purposes.
- Analyze the company's financial performance and monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Provide support for day-to-day finance requests.
- Maintain and update daily data records to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of the financial function within a rapidly growing company.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Query; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication skills to present and articulate analytical results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Location and language:
- Onsite participation is preferred at our Pardaugava office in Riga, Latvia
- Fluent English is required for company communication. Also, your teammates speak Russian.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of advanced financial technology tools for more efficient analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
- Experience in fintech/payments industries.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions.
- Big 4 experience and ACCA qualification are advantages.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.
