What You’ll Do:

• As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our team and ensuring that our people align with our values and ambitions.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles within FinTech and IT, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partnering with TOP-managers to deeply understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
• Building and maintaining a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing and active networking on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Leveraging modern AI tools to automate candidate search and assessment, increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices.
• Analysing the recruitment funnel, identifying bottlenecks, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Demonstrating creativity in increasing conversion rates at each stage of the recruitment process and developing innovative candidate attraction strategies.
• Serving as a culture ambassador, representing our values and mission to potential candidates and ensuring they are a good fit for our team.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools, staying ahead in the competitive talent market.

• Proven experience in FinTech and IT recruitment.
• Expertise in using modern AI tools and LinkedIn for talent acquisition.
• “Hunter mindset” with a proactive approach to sourcing & attraction.
• Strong analytical skills to optimise the recruitment funnel.
• Creativity in developing unique candidate attraction strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates, managers, and team members.
• Passion for building teams that reflect our values and culture.
• Fluency at a professional level in English and Russian
