This time, we have an opening in the IT department.

Your job will be to deliver technical solutions to our merchants and make sure their payments are flowing without any issues. We expect you to have a deep technical understanding of how payments work and mostly focus on resolving L2/L3 level technical issues. You’ll also communicate with our payment provider partners to ensure that integrations with them are working properly. Your goal is to not only resolve issues but also to help merchants grow by leveraging our technology effectively.

Your key results:

  • Merchants can integrate with us easily and without any issues, they know how to use our platform.
  • You resolve complex and technical issues with payment processing
  • You provide and implement ideas to increase our AR, optimize profits and mitigate risks.
  • Integrations issues with our acquiring and PSP partners are working as expected.
  • You maintain the tooling required to perform your work with the help of other engineers, e.g. issue tracking, data analytics, monitoring platforms, etc.
  • You maintain the agreed upon SLA to ensure timely response to our clients.

Your background:

  • You have excellent understanding of how online payments work with cards, APMs, crypto and etc.
  • You have experience in leading technical conversations with clients and partners, understanding their requirements and offering solutions.
  • You can troubleshoot a complex technical problem, lead conversations with other engineers, understand technical documentation and logs.
  • You are comformable with cross-functional work and working with other departments.
  • You can use SQL and BI tools on a basic level to be able to extract analytical data.
  • You are familiar with APIs, can understand the documentation and interact with them using Postman, code or other tools.
  • You follow the latest trends in fin tech and learn new things.

What’s important to us:

  • You can work remotely, but we’d prefer if you can regularly (e.g. 2-4 times per year) travel to Riga.
  • We’re a mixed team of Russian and English-speaking people, so you should know both.
