Responsibilities:

1. Clear performing operations in the client-bank and on the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange.
2. Quality preparation of documentation necessary for conducting transactions and working with partners (contracts, invoices, etc.)
3. Bank responses.
4. Client Interaction: Engage with clients and partners in the e-commerce sector to provide effective payment solutions and address their payment-related challenges; selection of suitable payment partners and technologies.
5. Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support to clients in resolving payment and payment system-related inquiries.
6. Report Generation: Prepare regular performance and effectiveness reports for payment systems, along with recommendations for improvements.
7. Training and Learning: Engage in continuous learning and skill development in payments, e-commerce, and finance to maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise.

Skill Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in the e-commerce fintech or financial services sector.
• Payment Expertise: In-depth understanding of payment processes, methods, and technologies within the e-commerce landscape
• Knowledge of AML
• Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards governing payments and financial transactions.
• Experience in private banking would be an advantage
• Client Interaction: Experience in engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver effective payment solutions and resolve issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
